Intended Consequences Group started in 2014 as Civil-Military Consultants (CMC) with the mission to support the unfulfilled training gaps in civil-military, humanitarian, and stability training. CMC successfully conducted training events for U.S. and foreign military and emergency management professionals in the United States and numerous countries throughout the world. We are both a Woman-Owned Small Business and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business

In 2019 CMC changed its focus beyond the military audience and restructured itself as Intended Consequences Group. Since that time, and despite the limitations of operating during the challenging COVID business environment, ICG has been building and delivering educational and training programs that address the unique specific needs of our clients in such subjects as national security, strategic planning, leadership, social sciences, protection, safety and security.
